I have owned and used this grass rake since new for @ 4 years and have used it 1 or 2 times per year since, so its in very good condition with not much use. I used it for picking up cut grass in my meadow towed behind a Ferguson TEF20, but would probably be better suited to shorter hay cuttings in a small pasture since the tines will roll over bunched hay unevenly if there’s a lot of it.  It would hitch up well behind any small horticultural tractor. The tyres are barely worn and hold their air. The tines can be raised and dropped from seated on the machine by use of the long blue cord as intended by the manufacturer. This model is the larger of the two made by SCH (19 tines vs 10 tines).

I have changed the management regime for my meadow and no longer require to gather cut grass, and the rake is now sitting idle. These implements sell for @400-450 and upwards when new. I *may* be able to assist with delivery if local to TQ12 – otherwise collection only.

Overall width – 2000mm (79″)
Wheels – 400 x 8 pneumatic

19 tines x 1400mm (55″)

Apart from easy to remove wheels the implement does not break down any smaller, although the tines can be removed & replaced when required.
