The Bateson 35MD is a 3500Kg plant trailer, as standard it has a capacity 2775Kg with full width ramp. Please note there is an ultra light version that has a capacity of 2965Kg, the Bateson 35PM.
The bed is circa 10ft x 5ft6″, again this can be increased to 12ft long and 6Ft wide for those machines requiring more space.
The trailer runs on 195/50×13″ wheels and tyres on five stud rims.
Bateson trailers are very well designed and engineered; take a close look at the photos. There is steel stiffening along the length of the trailer, the tailgate is secured by simple but strong fasteners that dont allow the rear ramp to rattle. Other simple features include a couple of holes to carry spare pins for use on your machine
This trailer is available in a variety of guises to accommodate many specific machines, even a “tilt bed” version for loading and carrying low ground clearance machines such as scissor lifts etc.
