FOR SALE to be Sold as Seen Diesel Powered Generator ,Single Phase an Ex Aggreko Rental unit. Kubota Engine 4 cylinder which we believe is 1861cc capacity and a Stamford Generator set manufactured in the late 1990’s. large long run tank forming part of the base.Described as 15kw when purchased but not confirmed by testing
When purchased second hand there were around 7500 hours on the Clock which now reads just over 9040hrs.
These are believed to be genuine hours but are not guaranteed.
This Generator does run and produce power but
Work known to be needed includes. General Service / Overhaul. Replacement of the On /Off Switch which turns past it normal actuation position. It does however work with care. The ammeter is not working, may be a loose wire or need actual replacement Range 0-60amps.
We believe the AVR ( automatic voltage regulator) needs re-calibration, adjustment or replacement as the running volts shows around 200v rather than 240v.
Other items / work may be needed. The above items do constitute nor are intended to be a complete list of works that may be needed.
The Generator is offered for sale on an ‘as seen basis’ and no warranty or guarantee is offered or implied.
It is a significant size and weight and collection will need to be via a suitable lorry with lifting gear able to lift it out of a small compound.
The starting price is nominal to provide an opportunity for a buyer to acquire at minimal cost and in a worst case scenario trade it in as scrap or split and sell off parts etc at little financial risk.
