FORD RANSOMES SPRING TINE CULTIVATOR
Up for sale is this vintage Ford Ransomes Sims spring tine cultivator.Total working width is 13ft / 4 metre. With wings folded in the transport with is 10ft.
The cultivator has been through the workshop and had six brand new spring tines c/w points and tine mounting bolts fitted. Its also had seven brand new (genuine) Kongskilde triple K points fitted. All the other points still have a decent amount of life left in them. Total parts spend = 132.00Both depth adjusters and wheels are fairly new and move freely, tyres are crack free and hold air.The three point linkage is running on Cat.2 lower link pins (one brand new).Frame has been checked and there are no breaks or cracked welds. It has had a couple of repair plates professionally welded on.
This would be a useful tool on the farm for seedbed preparation, or ideal for someone wanting to take part in vintage/classic cultivation days. All ready to go straight into work.
Loading with a telehandler is available, however a suitable collection day & time would need to be agreed.
Cultivator is located close to the village of Avebury in Wiltshire, (SN8).There is NO vat to be added to this sale. Cash on collection only please!
