Forestry Winch Uniforest 45M 4.5ton 70m/10mm cable +2.5m choker chain +PTO shaft._** Re-listed 11th March ’19 after last winning buyer claimed they had withdrawn their bid – please do not bid on this winch unless you fully intend to purchase and understand that if your bid should win the auction, you enter into a purchase contract with eBay to pay for the goods sold **_This tractor-mounted 45M from Uniforest,Slovenia, is of ergonomic design, robust construction with multi-plate clutch,folding window guard, trailer tow hitch, 70m x 10mm cable & pto shaft. Manual Operation by way of two long control-ropes which allow the operator to stand well away from the tractor & machine and afford good visibility of the timber being moved._We purchased this winch brand-new from RIKO in May 2015, and it has had two seasons of light farm-use to pull out around 40 tonnes of timber we ran the winch for static winching just fine on an old Leyland 245 of approx. 50hp to bring the timber alongside our forwarding trailer. The winch itself (including the wire rope) must weigh around 500kg, so a heavier/larger tractor with front-weights would certainly be required to skid safely. The winch had always been dry-stored up until December 2017 when we sold our woodland acreage, and has bee stored outside& unused under a tarp. since then._The winch is in VGC, minor scuffs, chips and rust-marks as to be expected on any used machine, but it has been well looked-after and always used carefully._We have purchased other equipment sold through RIKO, and have had excellent in support & advice from them for spares etc. in the UK._You can find more information on the RIKO and/or Uniforest websites. _If you need any more information etc., please send me a message via eBay and I will try & get straight back to you._Payment : We’ll accept Cleared funds by BACS or digital banking the day before collection, Paypal or or cash on collection.
