This is a 12 tonne Hydraulic Logsplitter.It is a very heavy duty build, not to be confused with the cheaper light weight models. All the profiles are 10 mm thick and the base is made from 10mm thick chequer plate. All box section is 5mm thick and the main slider is 100 x 100 box section with 10mm plate the full length. The ram pins are 30mm diameter holding a 12 t hydraulic ram. As seen in the pictures, the base is fully welded and there is a lot of metal in it. The linkage is category 1 and 2 for the top link and bottom link. It has a double acting valve to operate the splitter and quick release couplings to connect to the tractor. The splitting wedge is made from hardened steel and is 250mm long. The slitting area on the base is 500mm x 350mm.The splitter is 1350mm tall, 870mm wide and 550mm in length.
