Vibrating deck screen used to screen soil, hardcore, woodchip, compost etc. This is a strong heavily built machine with an 8′ x 5′ bed. Designed to be moved by forklift the screen can be transported on a trailer.Loading of the machine can be done using an excavator.Run by a powerful Loncin 198cc engine.
Used for 3 years by ourselves to reclaim derelict land, but now surplus to requirements as this project is coming to an end.
The good points are that it has screened well over 100 tonnes of soil perfectly. It comes with two mesh beds.
The bad points are it has had a couple of welded repairs during our ownership and now needs a further weld repair on one of the bearing carriers. Also electric start has never worked but machine has always worked on the pull start.
This machine can work through a huge amount of media in a day and has saved us a fortune in topsoil.
With a small repair there is no reason why this machine cannot carry on working for a very long time.
