Water Bowser.
Used 3 times since 2014, Cost 4600 new.
Bowser is on galvanised body with 2 wide wheels to spread the load.
It has a Honda engine which drives a water pump, you can either suck the water into the tank or push it at out the back through a spray beam
The blue tank is 2250 litres
As it hasn’t been used for a long time it looks like the water pump has siezed / stuck.
You can take the pump front off to look at and possibly free, i would say the honda engine is ok.
Valves which direct the water are also siezed.
