Challenger Agrii 3.5m Subsoiler 5 or 6 Legs Rape Seeder Drill – Ready to drill.

We are selling my beautiful pimped up subsoiler Weve bought a grassland type of low disturbance subsoiler as the next step in direct drilling so this wont get used any more. Made by Challenger Agrii so made for Holderness Clay & you dont need to worry about bending it! We started with an Opico & seeder but it wasnt up to the job plus the 5 legs were too far apart. The 6 legs over 3.5m work perfectly & is a great way to get rape in cheaply and early. Ditto for beans although you do need to get a front tank for this (we use an Accord DF2).
Will have a Techneat seeder on it with split hopper to put on slug pellets when you drill rape. It will so variable seed rate drilling too.
3.5m with 5 or 6 legs – we use 6 legs for drilling rape or beans & it works really well. We use it with a front tank on to put DAP/Nitram on with the rape, or for the bean drilling.
Plenty of contracting opportunities too. Have shark fin points on to do low disturbance drilling rape which normally leaves stubble standing & so reduces pigeon damage. Used it on our JD7530 for the drilling.
8,500 + VAT with seeder so ready to go this summer/autumn. Will add photos of the Techneat Terracast seeder once Ive done them.
