The Hakki Pilke 1×42 firewood processor is a fast and effective professional firewood processor. It is used to cut and split wood with a diameter of over 40 cm. Thanks to the patented two-cylinder technology, firewood can be made efficiently even from the smallest branches. The splitting power automatically varies between 3 and 13.2 tonnes, which means that when splitting thin wood, the machine operates faster and with less power. On larger wood full power is used to split the logs into 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 pieces. This feature makes the Hakki Pilke 1×42 one of the most effective machines in its category. Despite its effectiveness, the Hakki Pilke 1×42 only weighs just over 1,000 kg. It is easy to move and transport using the three-point lift of a medium-sized tractor. Equipped with a self cleaning output conveyor, the Hakki Pilke 1×42 firewood processor becomes an efficient, complete production line ideal for demanding professional use.
This machine is a September 2007 model and I purchased it as an ex-demo in 2008.
Has done very little work compared to other machines of this age.
Has always been maintained to a high standard with no expense spared.
no repair work required.
Easy to use. Would definitely recommend going for this model rather than the smaller/flimsy log processors available.
